Character Website; Research & User Test

When researching for my character's website, I watch the Godfather movie and researched mafia terminology such a "made man" and "offers". In terms of comparing modernizing the mafia the current online businesses I thought the appropriate comparison website would be a tasking booking one. The users would have the same expectation; hiring someone for a task and trusting them to go do it.
The two sites I review were:
Task Rabbit and Handy
Both websites have a homepage image, and when you scroll down there is a browsing section for options defined by floating squares. This is the layout I am planning on using for my character's site, so I am hoping the user finds it easy to navigate and that the information layout is understanding.
When you click into an option on Handy, they have a description of the option and a side bar where you can input information and request a price. I thought this was really cool and let the user know they were focused on affordability.

However when clicking into an option on Task Rabbit, they launch into questions about your intentions on the site. Task Rabbits approach is to understand how like you are to really proceed with a task before any kind of submission. It then requests you to fill out more details.

As a user I personally would prefer not to be requested information immediately. I prefer to browse and request than decide and submit. This is something I'd like to avoid confronting my users with. I'd like their submission to be expected and similar to a regular process they go through on other sites.
I gave a user a task of booking a task and proceeding to payment on both sites. The user does not usually use sites like this so has a fresh perspective. He's young so probably uses technology fluently. Below is the filled out written user test?

With both websites the user says finding what he was looking for is his priority and that he is able to do it very easily on both sites. The user's main dislike of the site is it's prompt for location information when progressing through. Location is important for sites like these as they need to find someone in the area to fulfill the task. I'm not sure this is relevant to my character's site and location would be considered a topic of secrecy and they do their ground work themselves. Over all I feel the steps the websites request are an inconvenience to the user, but perhaps with continued use it would be automated.
